You are more than welcome to upgrade and continue your journey with iD Mobile. You can easily complete your upgrade through the iD Mobile app by following the steps below:

To upgrade through the iD Mobile app:

Open the iD Mobile app and sign in.
Tap Plan.
Select Upgrades.
If you're eligible, you'll see Upgrade Now along with a range of available upgrade deals.
Choose the phone and plan that best suits your needs.
Add your chosen upgrade to your basket and follow the checkout process.
Complete the identity verification if requested.
Once your order has been confirmed, you'll receive updates via email.

Can't see the upgrade option?

If the app does not display the Upgrade Now option, you may not yet be eligible to upgrade. You can check your upgrade eligibility date in the Plan section of the app.

Alternatively, you can contact our Sales Team on 0800 049 0250, and they will be happy to assist you with your upgrade.
