If you'd like to move onto a SIM Only plan, this would need to be completed as an upgrade on your existing iD Mobile account.

SIM Only upgrade options usually become available 24 days before your contract end date. If you're within this period or your contract has already ended, you should be able to view any available SIM Only upgrade offers directly through the iD Mobile app or My Account.

If you don't see any suitable options, or you'd like some assistance with upgrading, you can contact our Sales Team. They'll be able to check your eligibility and discuss the SIM Only plans available to you.
