Yes, if your contract has finished, you can move onto a SIM Only plan with iD Mobile.
To check your options:
- Log in to the iD Mobile app
- Go to the Upgrade section
- View the available SIM Only deals and choose the one that suits you
If you’re within the eligibility window, you should be able to switch directly through the app. If you don’t see the SIM Only options yet, please contact us via Live Chat or send us a direct message through our social media platforms and we’ll be happy to help.
