If you have recently joined iD Mobile on a SIM Only plan and would like to bring your existing number from another network, you can submit your PAC through the iD Mobile app by following these steps:
- Log in to the iD Mobile app
- Select Services
- Choose Switch to iD
- Enter your PAC and the number you wish to transfer
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the request
However, if the number you wish to keep is already with iD Mobile, please note that our systems do not support internal number transfers between iD Mobile accounts. To keep an existing iD Mobile number, you would need to upgrade the original contract associated with that number rather than take out a separate new plan.
