Hi there when will I find out if my order has gone through or not thanks

    Order updates are usually sent by email within 24 hours of the order being placed, so it's worth keeping an eye on your inbox (and junk/spam folder, just in case).

     

    If you haven't received any update after 24 hours, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service Team for an update on the status of your order: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

     

    They'll be able to check the order and advise you further.
