My phone contract is ending, I want to move to a sim-only deal

My phone contract is coming to an end, and I want to change to a sim-only deal that is rolling 1 month, not the 12-month one.

I can’t find any as upgrade. However if I just search on ID website, I can see the 1 month rolling one. Why? Can I just buy from the website? Will this way allow me to keep my number still?

If you're looking to move to a 1-month rolling SIM-only plan at the end of your contract, we'd recommend contacting our Sales Team to discuss the options available to you.

While you may see 1-month SIM-only plans advertised on the website, it's important to check with Sales before placing a new order. If you simply purchase a new iD Mobile plan online, it may be set up as a new contract with a new number.

As iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers, it's best to speak with the Sales Team first to ensure you keep your existing number and move onto the most suitable SIM-only plan.
