my plan finish tomorrow

My contract ends today. I have already requested my PAC code. I want to give my official 30 days' notice to cancel my plan, but I want to keep my account active on a Pay As You Go (PAYG) or standard rolling basis until my number transfers out, so I don't get charged for a new full month.

    Hi @rrilove

Thank you for reaching out, and I understand why you'd like to avoid being charged for another full month while you're waiting for your number to transfer.

As you've already requested a PAC and your minimum contract term ends today, we'd recommend using the PAC to transfer your number to your new network provider rather than submitting a separate 30-day cancellation request.

Unfortunately, we're unable to change an iD Mobile contract to a Pay As You Go SIM or place the account onto a standard rolling basis while the PAC transfer is pending.

It's also important to note that if we submit a 30-day disconnection request, this will cancel the existing PAC request. You would then need to request a new PAC if you still wanted to transfer your number to another network.

If you'd like to avoid taking out a new full-month contract while keeping your existing number, the best option is therefore to provide your existing PAC to your new network provider and allow the number transfer to complete. Your iD Mobile account will automatically disconnect once the transfer is completed.

We appreciate that this may not be the outcome you were expecting, and I'm sorry for any confusion regarding the cancellation and PAC options.
