My sim only upgrade links in the app and website aren't working. I don't have time to chat to or call to upgrade. I see many people reporting the same issue. When will they be working again so I can use this option to upgrade?

Hi @Lawrence001,

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your upgrade.

As we're unable to access upgrade or sales accounts from our side, we'd recommend getting in touch with our Sales Team via Live Chat. They'll be able to help you complete the upgrade.

Regards,
