My Upgrade Plan

So for my exclusive upgrade it is coming up 44 pound a month but if I was to be a new customer I found a 35.99 a month deal (with 14 upfront cost) through uswitch which takes you to the id mobile website. Just seems to me I should be getting a bit of a better deal considering I’m already a paying customer so was wondering if you could match that new customer deal or even better. Thank you.

I completely understand why you'd expect to receive a competitive offer as an existing customer, particularly when you've found a lower-priced deal through uSwitch that takes you through to the iD Mobile website.

Unfortunately, new customer offers and existing customer upgrade offers are separate, so we're unable to price match the £35.99 per month new customer deal or apply that specific offer to an existing account.
