Hi, I’m contacting you regarding a mistake I made on my account.

I recently purchased a £8/month plan (20GB with unlimited calls and texts). However, I also ended up buying an additional 6GB add-on for £10 because I thought my main plan wouldn’t start until next month.

I now realise this was an error, as the main plan is already active. I’d like to request a refund for the £10 6GB add-on, as it was purchased by mistake.

Thanks for getting in touch. I completely understand how this situation could happen it’s easy to think an add-on isn’t needed if you weren’t expecting your main plan to start right away.

 

Unfortunately, once an add-on has been purchased, we’re unable to refund or remove it, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

 

I know this isn’t ideal, and I really appreciate your understanding. In future, checking your plan start date before adding extras can help avoid overlapping charges.
