need help to switch to sim only

I have been waiting for someone to call me back. I want to switch to a monthly sim only deal. This is getting ridiculous trying to do it.

We are really sorry you’ve been left waiting for a call back, I completely understand how frustrating that must be.

To get this sorted as quickly as possible, the best way to switch to a monthly SIM-only deal is to contact our Sales Team, as they’ll be able to set this up for you straight away. You can reach them by phone on 0800 049 0250 or via live chat, whichever is more convenient for you.

So, I have tried ringing to be met by yet another automated message that doesn’t meet my needs. I want to speak to someone. 
I have tried everything. I was told last week I would get a call back on Thursday that is almost a week ago

Please note that you can only upgrade to SIM only 24 days before contract end date.
