Need help understanding mu upgade

• iD Mobile SIM-only customers are typically eligible to upgrade after around 6 months, depending on account status
• Being eligible means you can upgrade your handset or change plan before your contract officially ends
• Your exact eligibility date will always be shown in the app

🔄 Check if you’re eligible to upgrade
1. In the same Plan section, scroll to Upgrade options
2. Tap “Upgrade your plan” (if shown)
3. The app will tell you:

• Eligible to upgrade now → you can proceed with an upgrade
• Not yet eligible → it will show the earliest upgrade date

I understand that but will it let me upgrade on carphone warehouse as well?

 Yes, you can upgrade at a Currys / Carphone Warehouse store as well.

You’ll just need to take your details with you and the store team will be able to check your upgrade options and process this for you.
