Need my free upgrade a few days early

My phone is not charging and I only have a few days before my free upgrade is due. I am self employed and heavily rely on my phone for a living. I am very stressed as I did not anticipate the phone dying before my renewal. I was wondering if it would be possible to have my free upgrade now since I only have a few days before renewal. I understand this is a cheeky ask however again, my phone really should not be dying this quickly, especially before 2 years. Thank you for your time.

While I appreciate your request, I’m afraid we’re unable to process an upgrade earlier than your eligibility date. Upgrades can only be completed once your account reaches the upgrade window.

 

In the meantime, as your handset is not charging, we would recommend visiting a Currys store, where a technician can assess the device for you. They will be able to check what’s causing the issue and advise on any available options. Please note that any potential costs or next steps would be confirmed by the in-store technician after assessment.
