If I buy a contract from Caroline warehouse including ID SIM card, would I be able to switch to the new sim and keep my number and cancel the current contract?

Hi @Nat78.

Thank you for your post. Unfortunately, our system doesn't support transferring a mobile number from one iD Mobile contract to another.

This means if you purchase a new contract with a new SIM, it would be treated as an additional contract, and you wouldn't be able to move your existing number over to it.
