new contract extras proof of purchase

I've just bought an Oppo Find X9 Ultra. To claim the free watch etc from Oppo I need proof of purchase. Where do I find this?

They should mail you the invoice,

ı bought from mobiles.co.uk and they send the invoice mail right after ,used that for claim but still waiting to be verified (2 weeks)
