I have received my new handset but no sim card. Do I use my old sim card?

    Sorry to hear that your SIM card was not included with your handset.

     

    If this is a brand new contract, you would need a new SIM card to use the service. However, if this was an upgrade, you should continue using your existing SIM card in your new handset.
