Hi @Tomm124,

Thanks for your post.

If you've seen a better iD Mobile deal through Carphone Warehouse, it's important to be aware that taking out that deal would usually create a new iD Mobile contract with a new mobile number.

Unfortunately, iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers, so we wouldn't be able to move your existing iD Mobile number onto a new iD Mobile plan taken out through a third-party retailer.

This means you could end up with:

• Two active iD Mobile plans, if your current contract remains active, or
• A new mobile number on the new plan.

If you'd like to keep your existing number, we'd recommend contacting our Sales Team via Live Chat to see what upgrade options are available directly through iD Mobile.

They may be able to discuss alternative offers and help you find the best available option while keeping your current number.

We hope this helps.

Regards,

Gemma M
