new phone

Dear ID,

I have upgraded my phone with carphone warehouse but the data package is still with ID. I have put in PAC and STAC code when I filled in the form as I want to keep my same number. Will this plan end automatically when that sim is activated?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

     

    Unfortunately, what you've described isn't going to work. iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers between iD Mobile plans.

     

    If you've upgraded through Carphone Warehouse and received a new iD Mobile number, this means a completely new plan has been created. In this situation, submitting a PAC or STAC code won't transfer your existing iD Mobile number onto the new iD Mobile plan.

     

    To keep your existing iD Mobile number, you'll need to contact Carphone Warehouse regarding returning the new plan, and then contact the iD Mobile Sales Team to discuss the correct upgrade options available on your existing account.
