new phone contract
I’m already with Id but sim only , I have just upgraded to a contract with a new phone - will a new SIM card be sent & do u need to transfer my number from the old sim to the new sim?

Hi
If the upgrade was processed correctly on your existing iD Mobile account, you should keep the same mobile number and simply move your current SIM card from your old phone into the new one.
However, if you receive a new SIM card with the phone and you're unsure whether it should be used, please don't activate it straight away. We'd recommend contacting our Customer Service Team so they can check the upgrade and advise on the correct SIM to use.
