New phone not working, cancel new contract

My new apple phone is not working, I have tried everything and it will not log into an apple account, I am absolutely fed up and would like to cancel the new contract and return the phone

You’re going to have to post a little more information that just “it will not log into an Apple account” if you want help resolving the issue and in a timely manner.

 

However, if you want to simply return the device, then follow the return procedure as instructed below.

I am absolutely fed up, for more details when I try to log into my apple account the message which come up is: Verification failed, An unknown error occurred.  I have been sent a phone that does not function . Please can someone help me cancel the new contract and return the phone
