new plan - esim did not arrive

Hello 

I signed up to a new Monthly plan last night 

The order went through, I received an order number by no esim has arrived.

I chose that esim option.

 

I don't even have an account to log into to see status and so I'm on here asking.

Thoughts?

Please could you check your junk/spam mail to see if it is there, if it is not, please contact our customer service team via live chat. Make sure to let them know about your situation, as they’ll do their best to support you and talk through any options available.

Thank you Gemma, I have checked all aspects of email. There are no emails.

 

I cannot engage with live chat as I do not have an account and was not prompted to create an account at time os signing up.

I’ve now gone and tried to create a new Id mobile account, I go through all the steps and it asks me to add an Id number which is rather ironic because I’m on here saying that I currently, as yet, do not have an Id number.

 

Are any of these flows tested for appropriateness?

I’m now in complete limbo as to if I have an order, despite having an order number.

Unable to log into the site because I have an order but no number.

 

I’m only having to go through this because you guys could not upgrade a PAYG account to a monthly plan.

 

What the hell guys?
