I purchased new sim on id online. 

Then I fund better deal on uswich 

I think be easier to upgrade to better deal for you id people.  Why i must send this sim back and make another purchase?

I completely understand why you’d want to switch to a better deal—it makes perfect sense. At the moment, the reason we ask you to return the SIM and place a new order is because upgrades can only be processed on active accounts, and a new SIM purchased online isn’t yet linked to your existing account for an upgrade.
Once the SIM is returned and the new order is placed, we can ensure everything is set up correctly for your chosen plan. I know this feels like an extra step, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience.

How i need cancelled this new purchas sim and where i need send this back.

I fund somwer i don't really need send this card back. just cancelled and damage card?

I completely understand why you’d want to cancel the SIM you no longer need. If the SIM hasn’t been activated yet, you can simply cancel the order, there’s no need to damage the SIM.
To cancel, please contact us via Live Chat, Socials (Facebook or Instagram), Community, or email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk with your order details.
In most cases, you don’t need to send the SIM back if it’s unused. Just let us know after you contact us, and we’ll confirm the cancellation for you.

@0dido01 I take it you placed the order with IDMOBILE if so call their sales team on +44 20 7139 1397 9am to 6pm Mon To Fri  or weekends and ask to cancel the order.
