new sim cards not arrived

Mine and my daughters SIM card were sent to wrong customer and we expected these on Monday or Tuesday and have not arrived.  Car phone warehouse have debited me 28 though which I was told would be refunded.  Plus 8 months free for me and 2 for daughter and 70 referral.
