No Access to Log In or Live Chat

I cannot log in at all due to my details apparently being incorrect.

 

I also can’t use the live chat function and have tried on my different devices and browsers.

 

My phone upgrade was cancelled allegedy at my request which isnt true and I cannot get in touch with anyone to find out why due to these reasons.
