hi there, I’ve received no confirmation email or order number after ordering my upgrade on Saturday. Payment has been taken for the upfront cost. The automated online chat says I should have received confirmation within 48 hours but it’s now been 5 days. Live chat are telling me to check my spam and there’s nothing they can do and that I’ll receive an update tomorrow, but I don’t want the update, I just want the original confirmation email. Is someone able to help me with this as it’s really concerning that I’ve dropped £530 on a handset and had no confirmation that it’s actually gone through or been accepted.
