No email comfirmation

I placed an order to upgrade this morning. The first one live chat told me was cancelled so I placed another. The money hasn’t been taken and I have received no email but it said when I ordered delivery tomorrow. So I am wondering what’s going on? I am not being connected to an agent on live chat anymore either.

I’m really sorry for the confusion and inconvenience caused.
It sounds like there may have been an issue with your upgrade order. If the first order was cancelled and you placed a second one, but haven’t received a confirmation email or seen a payment taken, it’s possible the second order hasn’t fully processed yet.

Order confirmations can take up to 24 hours, and emails may sometimes land in your spam or junk folder, please check there just in case.
