No email confirmation for iPhone 17 pro max order

I ordered yesterday money has left for upfront cost yet there is nothing on my id app or in my emails about confirmation

    Did you make a note of your iD order reference number while buying online, ​@lukeevered? 

    If you’ve got an order reference, maybe get in-touch with iD customer service.

      You typically receive order confirmation within 24-hours of ordering. if not, as it’s an iPhone Pro Max order, with the sheer number of orders at the moment, you may only receive email confimation once it’s in stock and ready to be dispatched.
