No email for upgrade for proof of purchase

Could you kindly provide me with proof of purchase documents for my ID Mobile device or contract? I require this urgently and would appreciate your assistance as soon as

Hi ​@Laurenmc193  this would’ve been included with your parcel, and you will have been emailed an invoice also. Can you check for these?

Hi nothing was in the delivery pack and recieved no emails

That is very odd ​@Laurenmc193  as invoices are printed with orders and put in all parcels ​@Laurenmc193 

And you have received no emails from us? Have you checked your junk/spam folders?

Hi yes checked the full bag and nothing was on it, nothing in the spam folder either
