I’m on a monthly unlimited data tariff, but I don’t use enough data to justify it. So I tried to switch to a 60Gb monthly tariff. However the website doesn’t seem to offer any 1 month contract for existing customer at all! Tired to many times to do a live chat but was always fobbed off with ‘We can’t chat right now..’. Can someone please get in touch as I don’t want to pay for extra data I don’t need and this is getting extremely annoying!!

If you have any issues with the number above, the official sales team number is 020 7139 1397. However, it’s possible that both numbers redirect to the same department.  🤷🏻‍♂️
