I’m on a monthly unlimited data tariff, but I don’t use enough data to justify it. So I tried to switch to a 60Gb monthly tariff. However the website doesn’t seem to offer any 1 month contract for existing customer at all! Tired to many times to do a live chat but was always fobbed off with ‘We can’t chat right now..’. Can someone please get in touch as I don’t want to pay for extra data I don’t need and this is getting extremely annoying!!
