Thanks for your reply.

The deal was purchased on Tuesday. The handset is a Samsung Galaxy S26 (512GB, Sky Blue) on a £35.99 per month, 24-month contract, which includes unlimited minutes, unlimited texts, and 25GB of data.

The free Chromebook was the main reason I chose this handset, so I would appreciate clarification regarding this offer.

Step 2:

If the purchase is returned, the Samsung Chromebook Go must also be returned

Had the same issue. If this was just told upon order rather being left on the dark it would alot easier

I apologise that this was not made clear when placing the order. On qualifying phones, there is a gift box next to the product which says “Claim reward”, which should take you to the link to complete the claim.

We will take this feedback on board to make it easier for customers to find this information in future.
