no option for sim only. only.option for phones

My 24 month contract was up.on the 16/6/26.  

Its £67 a month as it includes the phone payment, but of course if i dont upgrade i will have to keep paying that even once co tract is over,  soreally want to get sim only. 

However I do not seem to have that option. 

Isnt this offered as standard or do you have to be elogible?  Ive been with id for i think 6+ years now
