I have just upgraded and had the order confirmation come through fine..but have no had no updates since. The order confirmation came through on 28th May. I have no idea if I have been accepted or what the cause is if there has been a problem.

If you’ve received an order confirmation, this means your upgrade has been successfully placed. Any further updates (such as dispatch and delivery tracking) are normally sent once the order moves through our warehouse and is prepared for delivery.
We appreciate it can be frustrating not having regular updates, but sometimes there may be a short delay between confirmation and dispatch while the order is being processed and allocated stock.
If there is any issue with your order, you would normally be notified directly by email or SMS. Otherwise, your next update should be a dispatch confirmation with tracking details.
