I upgraded on the 26th September, I have not received confirmation email or email from dpd regarding delivery.

Hi ​@LaurenFaye  have you checked your junk/spam folders? Was it definitely an upgrade you ordered? Had you ordered a handset or was it SIM only?

Yes ive checked my junk folders. It was a handset upgrade

I have 2 upgrades. 1 is for Samsung galaxy s25 plus and the 2nd is Samsung galaxy s25 FE
