number transfer while under contract

Can I transfer my SMARTY work number onto my existing iD Mobile 90 GB contract, replacing your personal number without changing the contract.

    Hi ​@obakemono6,

     

    Yes, you can transfer your SMARTY number onto your existing iD Mobile 90GB contract by using a PAC code from SMARTY. This will replace your current iD Mobile number while keeping the same iD Mobile plan and contract.

     

    To do this:

    1. Request a PAC code from SMARTY.
    2. Sign in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.
    3. Go to Plan.
    4. Select Switch to iD.
    5. Enter the PAC code and the number you'd like to bring across.
    6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer.

     

    Once the transfer completes, your SMARTY number will replace your current iD Mobile number on the existing contract.
