    Hi @LauraD1970,

If you've started a new iD Mobile contract and you're looking to cancel your old iD Mobile contract while keeping your original iD Mobile number, unfortunately this isn't possible.

iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers between iD Mobile accounts. This means that your original iD Mobile number cannot be moved onto your new iD Mobile contract.

If you've taken out a new contract, it will have been created with a new number, and the old number must remain on the original plan.

If keeping your original number was your intention, the correct option would have been to upgrade the existing plan rather than taking out a new contract.

We'd recommend contacting the point of sale to discuss returning the new plan, if eligible. You can then contact our Sales Team to discuss upgrading your existing plan instead.

I'm sorry this isn't the answer you were hoping for, but I hope it explains why the number transfer can't be completed.

    Regards,
