Oppo Upgrade

Hi, im eligible for an upgrade. I would like to upgrade to the Oppo X9 find ultra, but i cant seem to do this on the app. Im assuming because its not instock. How do i upgrade to this handset whilst its on back order. I am happy to wait until the handset is available. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
