I have a 24 month contract which ends today. I looked on my account two days ago to see options for sim only but I could only see the option to upgrade. I asked someone who has recently switched to sim only after an ID contract ended and he said he just added the plan to the ID cart through uswitch and checked out on the ID website and it switched automatically. But now ID is sending me a new sim and I don’t know if I can use a PAC code within a network. There is also now the option to switch to sim only when I log in, so I'm thinking I've made a mistake. If I can use a PAC I will but I'm thinking I'll have to cancel this order at this point and then switch the normal way. I wouldn't have done any of this but I had no indication that sim only options would appear only on the day the contract ended, I thought if I waited this long to change it then I'd get charged an extra month at full price. What should I do here? What’s the process of cancelling a sim only order? Will I be charged for an extra month at full price if I don’t switch by tomorrow? Edit: I should add the SIM only plan I have ordered is only a 1 month contract. 20gb for £6 a month

Hi @Rabid6357,You don’t need a PAC to move from an iD contract to an iD SIM-only plan,PACs are only for switching networks. SIM-only options usually appear on/after your contract end date, so you didn’t do anything wrong.Since you ordered a 1-month SIM-onlyLamiya
