Ordered eSim by mistake

I made a mistake and ordered eSim which doesnt work on my phone.I want cancel my order and make a new one 24 months with phone.I can't log in tho because i dont have a iDmobile telephone number thus i cant cancel order using app.I ordered 24 month contract but it was cancelled as i got 10 £ eSim monthly and need  pass 90 days payment period

I am so sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing regarding your SIM. Kindly note that you are able to collect a physical SIM from any Currys store free of charge and then get in touch with our customer service team via live chat (https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat) so that they can activate it for you. 

 

If you would like to cancel and place a new order, you would need to get in touch with point of sale to do so or contact our live chat for further assistance.

Sooo, my plan was cancelled,day later i had email about my direct debit being setup.Apparently im now on pay as you go,which i did not choosed.I contacted Id about it,my acxlunt has been deleted i i supposed to be able to choose plan i wanted.I did order new plan but it was cancelled because im on pay as you go and i have to wait 90 days period.I dont understand how can you cancel plan and put someone on a new plan without his knowledge?
