I placed an order on the phone yesterday and signed the contract via email message. But still no information or anything. Haven't had any email or sms regarding my order

Yep I made an order 9 days ago and still no reasonable updates. ID Mobile is in shambles currently

I cancelled the order. Very very bad service at the moment. Think to leave my current pay monthly sim only plan too
