Question

Ordered the New PIXEL 11 XL but want to change the colour of the phone

Hi All,

Ive upgraded my phone to the new Pixel 11 PRO XL but have chosen the wrong colour, could I change this without cancelling and reordering?

    Thank you for getting in touch. Congratulations on your new Pixel 11 Pro XL!

    Kindly note that we're unable to change the colour of a device once the order has been processed. The available options will depend on the current status of your upgrade order:

    • If the order has not yet been dispatched, there may be a chance for our Orders Team to review whether any amendments can be made.
    • If the order has already been dispatched, the colour cannot be changed. You would need to either:
      • Refuse delivery and contact us once the order is returned, or
      • Accept the delivery and arrange a return/exchange in line with the returns policy.
