I am hoping someone can help, I can’t get anywhere with the chat bot-it doesn’t recognise what my issue is.
I transferred from vodaphone (this will be my 3rd plan with ID mobile) using PAC code as wanted to keep existing number. Unfortunately number has transferred over to existing plan-rather than new plan. both numbers have been switched from vodaphone-both numbers belong to my children. Original plan (son number 1) has lost his number as it’s been replaced by number 2 sons-today. Number 1 son has new number instead of keeping his old one. Help!
