Hi @Mamfa,

I'm sorry to hear about your circumstances, and I hope you're recovering from the incident.

We wouldn't be be able to arrange this through the Community, so we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service Team via Live Chat to discuss your situation and the options that may be available.

You can contact them here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

Once connected, explain that your phone is currently being held as part of a police investigation and you'd like to discuss whether any support can be provided regarding your contract while this is ongoing.

Regards,

Thank you for your reply but unfortunately contacted customer service who explained they were unable to help at all and no pause could be put on. Very unhelpful

Hi @Mamfa,

I’m sorry to hear that, and I completely understand your disappointment.

Unfortunately, as pausing the contract isn’t an option we’re able to offer, we’re sorry that Customer Service weren’t able to provide the solution you were hoping for.

We genuinely wish there was more we could do to assist you in this situation and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Regards,
