You can check how much time you have left on your device plan, as well as your contract end date, through the iD Mobile app.

To do this:

• Open the iD Mobile app and log in.
• Tap My Plan.
• Select Plan Details.
• Here you'll be able to view:
  • Your contract end date.
  • Your current monthly plan details.
  • Information relating to your device plan.

If you're looking to reduce your monthly cost by moving to a SIM Only plan, you'll usually be able to do this once you're eligible to upgrade. At that point, you can choose a SIM Only upgrade and continue using your current handset.
