Phone Call to Upgrade - 01501 527 012

I was called today by the following number 01501 527 012 offering me offers on an upgrade.

 

Can I please have confirmation of this number is a valid ID mobile sales number?

    We are truly sorry for responding so late, however please note that this number is not recognised as an official iD Mobile sales contact. We also wouldn’t normally make outbound calls offering upgrades unless a customer has previously requested a call or been in contact with us first.

     

    We’d recommend that you do not engage with the call, and you may wish to block the number for your own security.
