Hi I have 2 phone contracts with you which are ending on 02/01/26 and 03/01/26.  I’m interested in staying with ID on SIM only 12 month contracts. How do I go about getting this sorted ?

    Hi @GWD2016 ,

Thanks for getting in touch! It’s great to hear you’d like to stay with us on SIM-only plans.
Here’s how you can get this sorted:
-Log in to the iD Mobile app or website and check the “Upgrades” section – you’ll see available SIM-only deals there.
-If you don’t see the option yet, it’s because your current contracts end on 02/01/26 and 03/01/26, so SIM-only upgrades will become available 24 days before the contract expires,

We’ll make sure you get the best SIM-only deal when your contracts end.
Please get in touch via our Socials (Facebook or Instagram), Live Chat, Community or you can email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk and outline the details of your query, we would love the opportunity to put things right.
