phone upgrade

Hi, i’ve recently seen in due an upgrade at the start of next month is it possible to pay and upgrade my account earlier ? my phones on its last legs and need a new asap thanks

    Thank you for sharing. I’m sorry to hear your phone is struggling. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to upgrade an account early, as the full contract term needs to be completed before an upgrade can be arranged. Your upgrade date at the start of next month is the earliest it can be done.
