I received an email 2 days ago about upgrading to the pixel 10a for 16.99 a month but when i go into upgrade the only one is more expensive. Is it false advertising or a glitch.

So it was false advertising? As one would think an email sent would also show personalized offers.

An offer can be withdrawn at any time. The current offer might not be available two hours hence.

Whilst offers can be withdrawn at any time it is not good customer service to withdraw them shortly after promoting them. Or promote offers that you can't get, esp as i have been with id for many years.

It doesn’t give a good impression. You could call the sales team and ask if they’ll honour it.
