I received an email 2 days ago about upgrading to the pixel 10a for 16.99 a month but when i go into upgrade the only one is more expensive. Is it false advertising or a glitch.

It doesn’t give a good impression. You could call the sales team on 0800 049 0250 and ask if they’ll honour it.
