Hi @idmobilenotworking,

Thanks for your post.

As the £50 Currys voucher was offered through mobiles.co.uk at the point of sale, you'll need to contact mobiles.co.uk directly to have this investigated.

Unfortunately, as this promotion wasn't administered by iD Mobile, we don't have access to the offer details or redemption process and therefore wouldn't be able to check the status of the voucher for you.

We'd recommend contacting mobiles.co.uk and providing any order confirmation emails or screenshots you may have from the time of purchase, as these may help them investigate the promotion and confirm your eligibility.

We hope they're able to get this resolved for you quickly.

Regards,

Just wanted to add in case this becomes searchable on search engines that mobiles.co.uk definitely included the £50 off voucher / egift card for the pixel 10a between 03/06/26 and 09/06/26.

PSA for anyone buying the Pixel 10a: Mobiles.co.uk 100% ran a £50 voucher/eGift card promo between 03/06/26 and 09/06/26.
Conveniently "forgetting" to honor promotional deals feels like a scuttled attempt to save profit margin. For iD Mobile to pass the buck and claim they can't help shows a total lack of integrity. Archiving this publicly so others don't fall into the same trap.
