As your contract runs until 7th May, you don’t need to manually cancel it in advance. The easiest way to stop it and move to Pay As You Go is to use a STAC code (if you don’t want to keep your number) or a PAC code (if you want to keep your number).

Once your contract ends, you can then move onto a Pay As You Go SIM (either with us or another provider). We can help you set that up if you want to stay with iD. Please reach out to us via private message (Facebook or Instagram).
