Plan disconnected contract. Dont know how to top up now its a payg plan

Hi. I had a id mobile handset and sim contract but phone was lost and service was bad also. I kept my number from other carrier. My contract is cancelled and sim is payg recieving incoming calls only. My pac code expired today to join other network. How do I top up my payg as app says plan disconnected?

Thank you for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve experienced with your previous handset and service. I completely understand your concern regarding your PAYG SIM and topping up.

Since your contract has ended and your SIM is now PAYG receiving incoming calls only, the app will show your plan as disconnected. This is expected behaviour because top-ups and bundles are not available on a SIM in this state.
